Engineering Manager, Shuttle Aerospace, Inc., Maize, KS
Duties: Coordinate all engineering activities and ensure the timely completion of design and development tasks. Supervise Computer Numerically Controlled (“CNC”) programmers and engineers for multi-axis manufacturing and inspection solutions on different platforms. Develop local and out-of-state suppliers to increase company capabilities and subcontracting options. Development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, including definition, specification & procurement of new equipment, and its installation. No hire/fire authority.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience required in audit processes and supply chain development. Must also have experience working with multidisciplinary teams in design and manufacturing environments.
